Butler County RTA “Behind the Wheel” Hiring Event!

Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) invites you to test drive your next career at our behind-the-wheel hiring event. This event will be a one-stop shop, where applicants can fill out an application, drive a real bus, be interviewed, and get hired on the spot!
BCRTA needs to hire thirty vehicle operators, CDL and non-CDL, to cover existing service routes, expand the availability of our curb-to-curb services, and staff our new commuter service being offered later this year. BCRTA offers competitive wages, flexible schedules, a full benefits package, twenty-nine days of PTO, and a generous retirement fund.

The hiring event will be held on April 29th, 2023, at the Butler Tech Bioscience Center, 8450 Capstone Blvd, West Chester Ohio 45069 from 8am to 2pm. Walk-in interviews will be conducted all day, and a valid driver’s license is required. Applicants who wish to secure an appointment can do so by applying online.
